About the role

  • Sales Representative developing customer relationships in the heating and sanitation sector. Focus on client acquisition and sales strategy implementation in the Berlin region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, advise and develop relationships with specialist contractors, wholesale distributors, architects and technical planners
  • Acquire new customers
  • Implement the sales strategy in the assigned sales region (10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 06, 37, 38, 39)
  • Take responsibility for sales revenue in the assigned territory
  • Independently plan routes and conduct customer visits
  • Monitor market trends and competitors
  • Prepare and process quotations and orders
  • Collaborate with internal departments in a customer- and team-oriented manner

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally in the heating and plumbing sector, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Experience in consulting and sales within the heating and plumbing sector
  • Self-motivated, independent and team-oriented working style
  • Confident and friendly manner in dealings with customers and suppliers, with a strong service orientation
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
  • High level of motivation and results orientation, combined with good time management
  • Valid car driving licence
