About the role

  • Working student in online marketing at Schülerhilfe, managing content and campaigns for educational services. Collaborating with teams to optimize visibility and communication with partners.

Responsibilities

  • Online content management: You will work closely with our online team to keep the location websites and the overall Schülerhilfe online presence up to date, optimized, and error-free.
  • Visibility optimization: You will manage and optimize local business profiles (e.g., Google My Business and other search/listing services) to maximize the visibility of our locations.
  • Campaign implementation: You will execute current marketing campaigns on the web as directed and ensure their correct and timely publication.
  • Collaborative communication: You will liaise with other departments and our franchise partners on website questions and content adjustments.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student: You are a registered student (m/f/d), ideally in a marketing-related field (e.g., Marketing, Communication Studies, Business Administration, or similar).
  • Not studying marketing specifically? No problem — your passion for online topics counts.
  • Organization & reliability (must-have)
  • Interest in online marketing: You have a strong enthusiasm for new digital systems and processes and want to actively develop skills in SEO and local online marketing.
  • Solution- & service-oriented
  • System knowledge: Confident use of MS Office programs (especially Excel) is a plus — we are happy to share our tips and tricks.
  • Beneficial, but not required, is initial experience with content management systems (e.g., TYPO3 or WordPress)
  • Language skills: Fluent and grammatically secure German, spoken and written, is essential for communication and content maintenance.
