About the role

  • Business Delivery Manager responsible for delivering Retail Referrals Programme for Lloyds Wealth. Ensuring successful adoption and engagement across distribution teams with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end business delivery of the Retail Referrals Programme, working in partnership with the Project Lead (delivery execution) and Business Analyst (requirements, insight and design).
  • Translate Lloyds Wealth and Retail strategy into clearly defined business outcomes, scopes and success measures.
  • Provide clear business direction, priorities and decision-making to support effective delivery.
  • Ensure initiatives align to distribution strategy, commercial objectives and customer needs for Lloyds Wealth target market.
  • Stakeholder engagement across Lloyds Wealth, Retail, Platform (Retail referrals program) and supporting functions to deliver outcomes within agreed capacity and funding.
  • Continuously improve the Lloyds Wealth client and colleague journeys associated with Retail Referrals.
  • Support business readiness and embedment activity to ensure initiatives are successfully adopted within Lloyds Wealth distribution teams.
  • Act as Business Lead / Product Owner for Retail Referral-related capabilities, partnering with LBG Platform (Program) teams.
  • Track and evidence adoption, journey performance and commercial impact of the Retail Referrals Programme.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator, able to translate strategy and complex change into clear, compelling messages for senior leaders and frontline teams.
  • Proven experience owning business outcomes in complex, matrix environments.
  • Confident decision-maker, comfortable operating with ambiguity.
  • Strong understanding of business product ownership, journey-led design and platform delivery models.
  • Experience working closely with technology and platform teams.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple workstreams, priorities and dependencies.
  • Skilled at influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across functions.
  • Proactive in identifying risks and issues, with a pragmatic, outcome-focused approach to resolution.
  • Analyse challenges, find solutions, and adapt as needed.
