About the role

  • School Operations Manager overseeing Community Connectors for effective local school operations. Regular visits to ensure high performance and satisfaction scores from schools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a group of Community Connectors, Community Leaders and Community Experience Coordinators
  • Regularly visit schools and staff to ensure performance is high
  • Ensure smooth operations with well-trained Community Connector team
  • Provide support and advice on managing junior team members' workload
  • Achieve high satisfaction scores from schools and maintain contracts

Requirements

  • Clean UK driving licence and access to a car (preferable)
