About the role

  • Digital Operations & Tool Manager enhancing internal systems and processes in a hybrid work environment. Collaborating with teams to optimize workflows and tool usage across REGION10 GROUP GmbH.

Responsibilities

  • Central responsibility for maintaining and developing internal tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Jira, Confluence, Dropbox, SharePoint, Easybill, and more.
  • Analyze, automate, and document processes — e.g., using Make.com or native tool integrations.
  • Optimize internal workflows through cross-tool logic, automations, and clear ownership.
  • Collaborate with all teams (Sales, Support, Development, Administration, Management) to collect internal requirements in a structured way.
  • Implement and train users on new systems, including access rights management, system architecture, and process documentation.
  • Monitor and continuously improve existing tool landscapes and data flows.
  • Provide operational support for tool- and process-related questions (e.g., ticketing, CRM usage, data flows).

Requirements

  • Experience in tool management, digitalization, IT-related process optimization, or automation.
  • Solid knowledge of common cloud/SaaS systems (e.g., HubSpot, Jira, Make, Dropbox, SharePoint, Easybill).
  • Strong understanding of processes and data flows — you spot patterns, gaps, and improvement potential.
  • Analytical mindset, structured working style, and high degree of ownership.
  • You are a true 'bridge builder' between technology, people, and processes.
  • Very good German language skills; preferably also good English skills.
