About the role

  • Kundenbetreuer handling B2B customer inquiries and providing seminar solutions in a hybrid setup. Working closely with clients and the management team in a supportive working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone contact with our existing customers for all seminar and consulting offerings
  • Acquisition of speaking engagements with (existing and new) cooperation partners
  • Extensive use of the CRM system for your outreach and acquisition projects

Requirements

  • Experience as a customer advisor or account manager
  • Enjoy working in a service- and customer-oriented role
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
  • Good knowledge of common CRM systems
  • Commitment, goal‑orientation, reliability and assertiveness
