Responsibilities
Telephone contact with our existing customers regarding all seminar and consulting offerings
Acquisition of speaking engagements with (existing and new) partner organizations
Intensive use of the CRM system for your acquisition projects
Requirements
Experience as a customer account manager or in customer support
Enjoy working in a service- and customer-oriented role and like being responsible for your accounts
Proficient in German, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
Good knowledge of common CRM systems
