About the role

  • Customer Support Representative handling B2B client inquiries for seminars and consultations. Engaging in CRM system usage and client acquisition while delivering excellent service in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone contact with our existing customers regarding all seminar and consulting offerings
  • Acquisition of speaking engagements with (existing and new) partner organizations
  • Intensive use of the CRM system for your acquisition projects

Requirements

  • Experience as a customer account manager or in customer support
  • Enjoy working in a service- and customer-oriented role and like being responsible for your accounts
  • Proficient in German, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
  • Good knowledge of common CRM systems
  • Commitment, determination, reliability and assertiveness
