About the role
- Communications Manager responsible for internal and external communication strategies and managing media relations. Integrating renewable energy communications across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating and implementing internal and external communications as well as press relations
- Maintaining and developing all communication channels (e.g., social media, websites, intranet, newsletters, information displays) — both content and visual
- Developing and implementing project communication strategies and activities
- Creating and executing creative social media strategies and producing audience‑targeted content in text, image and video
- Topic research, content generation and project coordination in close cross‑departmental collaboration
- Contributing to the further development of our corporate identity and corporate design
- Representing the company to media, the public and partners
- Supporting and overseeing events, trade fairs and internal functions
Requirements
- Degree in communications, media, marketing or a comparable qualification, or demonstrable equivalent experience
- Several years of experience in social media, corporate communications or public relations
- Creative flair for audience‑focused storytelling and visual design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident use of digital tools and creative systems (including Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, CMS such as WordPress or TYPO3)
- Interest in and openness to our pumped‑storage technology, and the ability to translate complex technical content into accessible, audience‑appropriate communications
- Structured, independent work style and enjoyment of cross‑functional collaboration
