About the role

  • Event Coordinator responsible for planning and executing various corporate events. Ensures alignment with company's communication, marketing, and branding strategies while managing internal areas and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing corporate events of small to large scale.
  • Plan and execute corporate events (trade shows, conferences, launches, internal and field events).
  • Develop event schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate processes with internal departments.
  • Negotiate, hire and manage vendors.
  • Ensure quality, deadlines and compliance of contracted services.
  • Monitor budget and pursue cost optimization.
  • Coordinate logistics, setup, teardown and event operations.
  • Lead internal teams and contractors during events.
  • Serve as the on-site focal point for resolving issues.
  • Evaluate results using KPIs and prepare post-event reports.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Events, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Proven experience organizing corporate events.
  • Skills in negotiation, budget management and logistics.
  • Strong communication, proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to travel and work at field events.
  • Preferred: Basic English.
  • Knowledge of event management tools.
  • Experience with hybrid or digital events.
