Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing corporate events of small to large scale.
Plan and execute corporate events (trade shows, conferences, launches, internal and field events).
Develop event schedules and budgets.
Coordinate processes with internal departments.
Negotiate, hire and manage vendors.
Ensure quality, deadlines and compliance of contracted services.
Monitor budget and pursue cost optimization.
Coordinate logistics, setup, teardown and event operations.
Lead internal teams and contractors during events.
Serve as the on-site focal point for resolving issues.
Evaluate results using KPIs and prepare post-event reports.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Events, Business Administration or related fields.
Proven experience organizing corporate events.
Skills in negotiation, budget management and logistics.
Strong communication, proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
Availability to travel and work at field events.
Preferred: Basic English.
Knowledge of event management tools.
Experience with hybrid or digital events.
