Responsibilities
Lead and execute L.A. Care’s digital communications strategy across all digital channels
Manage front-end and back-end operations including content development, UX design, page creation, SEO strategy, coding, development, and platform security
Strengthen L.A. Care’s reputation and elevate the member experience
Support digital communications for Community Resource Centers and ensure localized outreach efforts
Manage all aspects of running an efficient team, including hiring, supervising, coaching, training, and motivating direct reports
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable digital infrastructure
Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance across digital channels and conduct usability testing
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Related Field
At least 5 years of experience in digital communications, web development, or digital strategy
At least 3 years leading staff or supervisory/management experience
Experience leading teams, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional groups
Experience developing and executing digital strategies that support public health, member education, or community outreach—preferably in healthcare, nonprofit, or government settings
