About the role

  • Sales and participant management role in hybrid educational setting. Engaging with clients and managing course administration for 3D printing training.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting prospects by phone and in writing (warm leads and occasional cold outreach)
  • Pre-qualifying leads and conducting needs analysis
  • Guiding prospects through the entire decision-making process up to registration
  • Maintaining and documenting all contacts in the CRM system
  • Supporting course administration: maintaining participant records, sending materials, etc.
  • Organizing participant communication before course start and during the training

Requirements

  • Enjoy interacting with customers by phone and in person
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Initial experience in sales, customer service, or CRM systems desirable but not required
  • Independent and reliable working style
  • Confident use of common Office applications
