Responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse teams to uncover and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Actively participate in documentation, design and implementation of user-centric automation solutions using RPA and low code & AI tools, following global best practices.
- Test and validate innovative digital solutions to guarantee their effectiveness before they go live.
- Provide ongoing support and enhance implemented solutions, ensuring they align with standardized processes.
- Maintain necessary documentation to keep processes transparent and in alignment with global guidelines.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching digital trends and proposing new digital opportunities.
- Engage in training and educating stakeholders on leveraging automated systems for maximum efficiency
Requirements
- University degree in economics, business administration, (business) informatics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in analyzing business processes, standardization, and documentation
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with a passion for improving business processes
- Hands-on experience in supporting workshops to streamline workflows
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts across diverse audiences
- An energetic approach with a detail-oriented mindset, keen on results
- Experience with tools like UiPath, Mendix or MS Power Automate would be a fantastic bonus!
- Willingness to travel up to 25% - we like to meet our colleagues!
- Valid working permit for Czech Republic
- Business fluent English skills, other languages would be an advantage
