About the role

  • Analista de Atendimento role focused on indirect sales channel performance and data insights at Scanntech. Strengthening distributor relationships and maximizing sales opportunities with strategic analyses across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, understanding their needs and providing market analyses that add value to their business;
  • Understand customers' specific demands and create analyses that help solve problems and identify strategic opportunities;
  • Ensure Data Quality to deliver accurate, relevant market analyses, making sure data complies with required quality standards;
  • Classify and structure market categories and segments, organizing information clearly and strategically to facilitate visualization and decision-making;
  • Produce valuable insights from analyzed data, preparing high-impact reports and presentations that support clients' commercial strategies;
  • Promote and encourage the use of the Analytics Scanntech platform among clients, enabling them to use the available data and tools to optimize operations and improve market performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in market analysis, business intelligence, or related areas;
  • Advantage: familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.
