About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for international withholding calculations and reporting for IRRF (withholding income tax), PIS, COFINS and CIDE related to payments abroad.
- Preparation and control of international forms (W-8BEN, W-8IMY, W-9, 1099, 1120, etc.), ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Support in the preparation and review of Transfer Pricing studies, including methodologies, consultations and validations with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
- Participation in the implementation and monitoring of Pillar 2 rules, including data collection, impact analyses and reconciliations.
- Preparation of management reports and support for internal and external audits (SOX and independent audits).
- Review of international contracts from a tax perspective.
- Identification of opportunities to reduce tax burden and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Law, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in international taxation at a multinational company or Big Four firm.
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Transfer Pricing rules (OECD and Brazilian rules)
- International Taxation
- Current developments in Pillar 2 / BEPS 2.0
- Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel
- Experience with Oracle, Synchro and tax solutions.
- Desired: Intermediate/advanced English for reading regulations and technical communication.
- Postgraduate studies and courses in international tax are a plus.
- Experience with tax optimization and tax planning projects.
