About the role

  • Analyst role at Brazilian pharmaceutical company, managing integrated facilities services and performance indicators. Supporting operational efficiency and regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) related to productive cleaning operations and waste management.
  • Structure and maintain databases, management reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI and Power Query, supporting leadership decision-making.
  • Support the management of productive cleaning operations performed by in-house teams, monitoring performance, productivity and compliance with operational procedures.
  • Manage the area's financial control, including expense monitoring, OPEX and CAPEX control, analysis of budget variances and support in the area's financial planning.
  • Support the management of outsourced service contracts, including contract measurements, verification of evidence, monitoring of invoicing and deadline control.
  • Conduct structured analyses of operational deviations using methodologies such as PDCA, 5W2H, MAE and root cause analysis, ensuring definition, follow-up and effectiveness of action plans.
  • Prepare and review procedures, workflows and area documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Support the area in internal, corporate and regulatory audits, ensuring organization of evidence and documentary compliance.
  • Act as an interface between Facilities, production areas, Quality, Procurement and suppliers, ensuring alignment of operational demands.
  • Support projects and initiatives focused on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, sustainability and cost optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering (production, environmental, chemical) or related fields;
  • Experience in analytical and administrative routines for Facilities operations or operational services;
  • Experience in managing or monitoring outsourced service contracts;
  • Experience in controlling operational costs (OPEX) and budget analysis;
  • Experience analyzing operational indicators and preparing management reports;
  • Experience handling operational deviations and structuring action plans;
  • Experience in regulated environments or with quality and compliance requirements.
  • ⭐ • Preferred: Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industry;
  • Experience with productive cleaning operations or classified/controlled areas;
  • Experience in industrial, hospital or chemical waste management;
  • Experience with internal or regulatory audit processes;
  • Experience in support-to-production operations (utilities, sanitization, technical cleaning, etc.).
