About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles, structuring assumptions, financial projections and scenarios, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the IT area.
- Perform critical analyses of financial performance, evaluating variances between Actual × Budget × Forecast, identifying root causes, risks, opportunities and impacts on IT results and initiatives.
- Control the area's fixed costs, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and appropriate governance over financial processes.
- Monitor monthly financial performance of projects, tracking planned, actual and projected costs, ensuring visibility and compliance with the plan.
- Consolidate and prepare management reports and presentations for the IT portfolio.
- Act as a strategic partner to the IT organization, fostering effective collaboration with other internal teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel;
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools for building executive dashboards;
- Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Coupa or equivalent ERPs (financial and project modules);
- Knowledge of managerial accounting, financial analysis and governance best practices;
- Experience in the technology sector or IT area;
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, hybrid);
- Experience with internal and external audits;
- Certifications related to project management or governance.
