About the role

  • Junior Personnel Analyst at Telemont overseeing payroll calculations and labor-related tasks. Engaging in various HR responsibilities and maintaining compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate and verify payroll;
  • Visit the union to process employment termination homologations;
  • Verify data entry for vacation calculations and receipts for independent contractors;
  • Generate payroll financial files;
  • Generate bank files for crediting salary and vehicle accounts;
  • Verify calculations of contract terminations, payment requests, generation of GRFC (severance payment form), and generation of the connectivity key for FGTS (Severance Indemnity Fund) release;
  • Issue the social security psychographic profile and unemployment insurance forms;
  • Classify, file and organize files and documents relevant to the area of work;
  • Organize and keep normative instruments, files, organizational charts, records and forms up to date;
  • Ensure organization, cleanliness and safety in the area where you work;
  • Perform other tasks of the same nature, level of complexity and responsibility.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law or related fields.
  • Prior experience in the role;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation concepts applied to Personnel Administration;
  • Experience with payroll systems.
