Responsibilities
Drive Erinion’s commercial and market development in Norway, identifying priority customer segments and opportunities that strengthen our long-term position
Lead high-value, complex sales opportunities end-to-end, from early customer engagement and solution shaping with technical teams to negotiation and profitable agreement closure
Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders, representing Erinion in the field and driving sustainable business growth
Shape and refine the local go-to-market approach, ensuring effective positioning, customer prioritisation and adaptation of Erinion’s value proposition to Norwegian market needs
Translate structured market insight into clear direction for commercial planning, forecasting and portfolio development
Requirements
7+ years of experience in senior sales or business-development roles
Background within e-mobility, energy, commercial vehicle industry, or related sectors
Proven success in leading complex, high-value sales cycles and closing commercially sound agreements
Strong commercial and technical acumen with the ability to translate customer needs and market insight into clear commercial direction
Fluent in English and Norwegian with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Open to regular travel within Norway, and occasionally to the Erinion head office in Stockholm
