About the role

  • Sales Manager for innovative InsurTech company focused on B2C insurance products. Responsible for customer engagement and offering tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Become the primary point of contact for B2C customers and guide them in discovering our pet insurance products.
  • Identify customers' needs and recommend the ideal solution.
  • Advise customers without cold calling: here, they reach out to us with their requests.
  • Collaborate with the team to share ideas, learn together, and achieve new goals.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for phone communication, a dynamic sales attitude, and the ability to capture attention are essential.
  • Persistence, a creative mindset, and a passion for challenges.
  • Fluent French (C1–C2) and a good command of English (minimum B2).
  • Based in Berlin.
  • An affinity for animals or background knowledge in veterinary medicine.
  • Prior experience in phone sales is a plus, especially in B2C.
