Responsibilities
Lead daily delivery of Global Mobility and Compensation & Performance administration services across assigned markets, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and internal standards.
Oversee operational performance, monitor service quality, and address delivery gaps.
Act as a key point of contact for P&C and business stakeholders, resolving operational issues and ensuring service satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, P&C Operations teams, and Global Process Owners to ensure aligned and seamless service delivery.
Ensure effective use and governance of HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or equivalent), maintaining high data quality standards.
Drive process standardization, documentation updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, coach, and develop the team, ensuring effective workload allocation and a high-performing, service-oriented culture.
Ensure adherence to labour law, immigration regulations, data protection standards, and internal controls; manage escalations and support resolution of complex cases.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Global Mobility, or Compensation & Benefits
Experience managing employee lifecycle-related services in a regional or global shared services environment
Previous experience in a team leader or managerial role within operational HR services
Experience working in multi-country environments with strong compliance and governance focus
Proven track record in process improvement and service optimization.
