Problem Solving: You remove operational blockers pragmatically and find creative solutions.
Requirements
Top performance: You have an excellent academic track record and initial experience from a demanding environment, e.g., internships or working-student roles in consulting, operations, finance, M&A/PMI, or startup/scale-up.
Execution power: You have a strong drive to deliver, work reliably, and consistently see projects through to completion.
Structure: You work clearly, cleanly, and are detail-oriented without getting lost in perfectionism.
Pace & Pragmatism: You don’t wait for perfect conditions; you find ways to make things work.
Communication: You are confident and reliable in your communication, coordinate effectively, and have German at C2 level plus fluent English.
