About the role

  • Operations Manager responsible for customer service project setup and team management in Germany. Leading process design and project management while working in a flexible hybrid model.

Responsibilities

  • overall responsibility for setting up customer service project
  • design processes from scratch
  • manage team leads and their remote teams
  • develop operational structures and scalable processes
  • manage projects holistically and act as central point of contact for clients
  • lead team leads, set clear targets, and establish feedback structures
  • analyse relevant KPIs and make operational decisions

Requirements

  • solid experience in operations or project management
  • ideally independently established or further developed structures or processes
  • strategic thinking and business acumen
  • ownership and decision-making capabilities
  • clear, engaging communication (English; German would be a plus)
  • structured and flexible work style in complex situations
