About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Manager recruiting engineering profiles to support Scaleway’s growth. Collaborating with hiring managers in a diverse and dynamic environment based in Paris.

Responsibilities

  • Lead briefing meetings with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs
  • Write and optimize job descriptions in collaboration with teams
  • Proactively source candidates, with an emphasis on headhunting via LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Conduct screening calls and first-round interviews (discovery calls)
  • Coordinate and follow up on the interview process with hiring teams
  • Support hiring managers throughout the decision-making process
  • Prepare and send job offers to selected candidates
  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (time to hire, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Contribute to recruitment-related projects (employer branding, internal communications, tools optimization)

Requirements

  • Proven experience (approximately 5 years) recruiting technical profiles, ideally in-house
  • Strong expertise in headhunting techniques and sourcing strategies
  • Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with ATS platforms (Lever preferred)
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and recruitment platforms such as Welcome to the Jungle
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously with strong organizational skills
  • Active listening and excellent communication skills
  • High level of autonomy and ownership
  • Resilience and ability to handle high volumes and urgent hiring needs
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong service orientation and team spirit
