About the role

• Leading product strategy for Core Services at Scaleway to support cloud growth and customer experience. Managing a team of Product Managers in an international collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Core Services, aligned with Scaleway’s business and growth objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced Product Managers with different levels of seniority.
• Oversee the most strategic and transversal projects of the tribe (e.g. One Billing, electronic invoicing, certifications, international expansion).
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the Iliad Group on high business-impact initiatives.
• Leverage data to optimize user experience, product adoption, and feature performance.
• Act as a key stakeholder in product leadership discussions and contribute to the overall product organization strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including first experience in people management.
• Strong expertise in defining and deploying product strategies at scale.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional and business-critical projects.
• Strong product methodology and ability to work with data-driven insights.
• Understanding of billing, payments, FinOps, or financial product topics is a strong plus.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills with Product Managers.
• Structured, rigorous, and methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on regular client engagement.
