- Support the technical migration: transition from a Monday structure to a database (SQL/NoSQL) while ensuring data integrity.
- Liaise with EasyCatalog experts to ensure perfect synchronization between the database and InDesign templates.
- Define and execute test plans for each new feature developed on WeWeb.
- Identify regressions and ensure a smooth user experience (UX) for clients.
- Centralize and triage support requests (ticketing).
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for developers.
- Ensure responsive tracking of fixes and communicate resolution timelines to users.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the field.
- Proficiency with the tool environment and comfortable using WeWeb.
- A solid understanding of database structures is essential to lead the migration.
- Good knowledge of production workflows in InDesign.
- Understanding how EasyCatalog works is a major plus.
- Experience with ticketing and backlog management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).
