About the role

  • Product Owner & Coordinator managing production processes for various clients at Altavia Nantes. Leading deployment of innovative solutions and ensuring quality control in production workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deploy (build): coordinate the roll-out of the tool across different client Business Units.
  • Support the technical migration: transition from a Monday structure to a database (SQL/NoSQL) while ensuring data integrity.
  • Liaise with EasyCatalog experts to ensure perfect synchronization between the database and InDesign templates.
  • Define and execute test plans for each new feature developed on WeWeb.
  • Identify regressions and ensure a smooth user experience (UX) for clients.
  • Centralize and triage support requests (ticketing).
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for developers.
  • Ensure responsive tracking of fixes and communicate resolution timelines to users.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the field.
  • Proficiency with the tool environment and comfortable using WeWeb.
  • A solid understanding of database structures is essential to lead the migration.
  • Good knowledge of production workflows in InDesign.
  • Understanding how EasyCatalog works is a major plus.
  • Experience with ticketing and backlog management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).
