About the role
- Senior Product Manager leading strategic product initiatives at Afya. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product vision and strategy in healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product vision and strategy, connecting user needs to business objectives;
- Lead continuous discovery, validating problems, hypotheses, and solutions using data and research;
- Structure and lead an experiments backlog;
- Analyze usage and behavioral data to identify bottlenecks and scaling opportunities;
- Define and track product KPIs;
- Work closely with Marketing, Data, Technology, and Commercial teams;
- Lead ceremonies and ensure clear communication with stakeholders and executives;
- Build business cases and analyses to support strategic decisions;
- Ensure consistent, high-quality deliveries, balancing discovery and delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS B2C or B2B2C.
- Experience with monetization, pricing, or freemium models.
- Strong analytical skills and mastery of growth metrics (conversion, retention, churn, CAC, LTV).
- Experience with analytics tools.
- Highly autonomous and proactive.
- Strong results- and impact-oriented profile (experience with A/B testing and a data-driven culture).
- Experience with prioritization and discovery frameworks.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of AI/LLMs applied to product.
