About the role

  • Product Manager for MACI at Vericel leading brand execution and promotional initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of approved brand initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop, update, and maintain compliant print and digital promotional materials.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics to inform tactical execution.
  • Serve as primary marketing point of contact for field material needs.
  • Develop and deploy sales enablement tools and field-facing resources.
  • Communicate launches, updates, and revisions to field teams.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Sales to align customer-facing materials.
  • Lead coordination and submission of materials through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process.
  • Own day-to-day financial tracking for MACI marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated marketing environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated budget ownership, including forecasting and spend management
  • Experience navigating MLR review processes
  • Experience managing print production and digital promotional materials
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30%
