About the role

• Junior IT Project Manager at award-winning development agency specializing in web & mobile development. Responsible for planning and coordinating projects within budget, timeline, and scope.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
• Monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
• Must have experience in IT project management.
• Identify quality gaps in the product we build;
• Work with product teams to create a prioritised backlog of issues to be fixed;
• Create schedules and timelines for projects together with Project Manager;
• Assist Senior Project Manager;
• Creatively remove blockers to allow product teams to meet new product and feature deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong team player who recognises the importance of cross-team collaboration, prioritises team success, and is eager to learn from others;
• Ability to test on all platforms, including landing pages, CMS, Web and Mobile apps;
• Attention to details;
• Optimism, showing contagious enthusiasm and seeing the good in situations and people;
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication that is appropriate to the situation and audience;
• Personal responsibility for needed tasks and actions, be dependable, and take action with little supervisory follow-up.
• Experience with the following tools - Gmail, Numbers/Excel/Spreadsheet, Pages/Word/Docs;
• Software documentation experience using one/some of the following - Trello, Jira, Asana, Monday, ClickUp;
• Excellent collaboration, active listening, and communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to clearly convey information to both business and technical audiences;
• Good English language skills;
• Hands on experience with Mobile apps would be an advantage.
