About the role

IT Project Manager managing Digital Workplace and Cloud Projects for clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance digital transformation with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for complex IT projects from planning through to successful handover — including clear budget, schedule and quality management.
Managing resources and project teams and producing transparent reports for stakeholders and management.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through clear, proactive communication and early identification and management of risks.
Supporting Sales and PreSales in acquisition, proposal processes and assessment of customer requirements.
Actively advancing our project management methods and internal processes through experience, structure and professional input.

University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
At least 5 years of experience in independently managing IT projects, with strong skills in client leadership, stakeholder management and resolving complex situations.
Solid knowledge of at least one established project management methodology (e.g., PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI); experience with agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban) or IT service frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is desirable.
Strong technical understanding of collaboration platforms, AI solutions and process automation to steer projects effectively and engage subject‑matter experts efficiently.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and team events.
