About the role

  • Paid Ads Specialist leading paid acquisition campaigns from scratch for an early-stage company. Focusing on performance and data-driven growth across Meta, TikTok, and Google.

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid acquisition efforts from 0–1, setting up measurement, launching initial campaigns, and scaling performance marketing across multiple channels.
  • Own performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google (YouTube and Search).
  • Establish measurement frameworks and campaign tracking from the ground up.
  • Scale successful campaigns and channels based on performance data.
  • Contribute to creative strategy with data-backed recommendations.
  • Edit and adapt creative assets using tools such as Canva or Figma.
  • Write and refine ad copy aligned with performance goals.
  • Collaborate on creative brainstorming and testing ideas.
  • Set up and optimize landing pages to support campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics closely.
  • Dive deep into data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for future tests.
  • Continuously refine creative, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Design and manage structured A/B testing roadmaps.
  • Clearly document learnings and report results.
  • Recommend new tests based on prior performance insights.
  • Use Excel and analytical tools to track, analyze, and communicate results effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience setting up, managing, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Proven experience taking campaigns from early-stage launch through maturity.
  • Hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok, Google (YouTube and Search), and ad networks.
  • Strong understanding of channel-specific best practices and optimization strategies.
  • Creative sensibility with the ability to edit assets and contribute to copy and messaging.
  • Data-driven mindset with curiosity for understanding what works and why.
  • Strong analytical skills with deep experience using Excel and similar tools.
  • Highly organized approach to testing, reporting, and performance iteration.
  • Proactive, curious, and continuously learning mindset.
  • Ability to work hands-on and comfortably “in the weeds” of campaign execution.
