Responsibilities
Manage and optimize acquisition channels with a strong focus on commercial performance
Build in-house expertise in price comparison platforms and shopping channels (Google Shopping, feed-based marketing)
Own performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, and contribution margin
Support and optimize additional paid channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Bing, etc.) where relevant
Manage and challenge external agencies and freelancers to ensure high-quality execution and reporting
Develop and scale affiliate and partner marketing as an acquisition channel
Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve landing pages, tracking, feed quality, and conversion rates
Ensure strong and clear positioning in acquisition channels to improve first-time customer conversion
Requirements
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably on the German market (e-commerce, marketplace, retail media, or similar)
Strong understanding of unit economics and acquisition metrics (CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion rate, contribution margin)
Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels like Google Shopping, price comparison platforms, and feed-based marketing
Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
Ability to work independently in a lean, fast-paced environment
Fluent English
Experience with affiliate / partner marketing
Experience with landing page optimization, SEO, or acquisition content
Fluent German (strongly preferred)
