About the role

  • Marketing Specialist for Paid Social and Video Marketing managing customer acquisition across multiple social platforms for QVC Group. Driving performance optimization and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate paid social and video campaign execution to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth
  • Support campaign ideation and execution across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Connected TV, and YouTube; analyze performance and apply data-driven insights to maximize ROI
  • Partner with external agencies to design and execute tests, measure and report on campaign performance, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with creative, analytics, and merchandising teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep Cornerstone Brands at the forefront of digital marketing

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in paid social and video marketing
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition and performance optimization
  • Experience in campaign management across major social platforms and video channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Connected TV)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling, A/B testing, and performance reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
