About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager for paid social channels at GlossGenius. Driving customer acquisition and maximizing return on ad spend for Meta and TikTok campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution for Meta and TikTok: campaign management, ad launches, performance reporting, and optimization
  • Architect and scale full-funnel campaign structures — prospecting, retargeting, and lead gen — with a relentless focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV
  • Build and run rigorous A/B and multivariate testing frameworks across creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Motion, Pencil, Claude, ChatGPT) to automate reporting, accelerate creative iteration, and reduce manual overhead — AI fluency is how this role operates, not a bonus
  • Own budget management, pacing, and forecasting, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns and segments
  • Partner with Creative, Marketing Ops, and Data teams to develop high-performing ad concepts, maintain pixel/CAPI health, and support attribution modeling
  • Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging ad formats, proactively testing new features before they become industry standard

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on paid social experience on Meta and TikTok, with deep expertise in Ads Manager, Advantage+ campaigns, custom/lookalike audiences, CAPI, and bidding optimization
  • Proven track record scaling performance campaigns in a B2B or B2SMB SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools to meaningfully improve paid social performance
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools (Hex, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude) and comfort working with large datasets
  • Experience writing data-driven creative briefs for short-form video and static ad formats.
  • Proven ability to manage $750K+/month budgets with precision
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear narratives for executive and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience marketing to SMB audiences or within vertical SaaS/fintech preferred
  • Proficiency with SQL or other data querying tools preferred
