About the role

  • Sr Specialist, Paid Search optimizing paid search campaigns across QVC Group's brands. Responsible for account management and delivering actionable performance insights to the Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google, Bing, and other platforms to achieve performance targets
  • Oversee daily account operations, including keyword management, ad copy testing, and bid strategies
  • Monitor budgets, track spend, and ensure campaigns stay within financial parameters
  • Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights to the Senior Manager, Paid Search
  • Collaborate with analytics, creative, and brand teams to support campaign innovation and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required
  • 3+ years’ experience in paid search account management, preferably in retail/e-commerce
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to deliver results with speed and accuracy
