About the role

  • Manage and support influencer partnerships and campaigns for leading German creators. Drive campaign strategy, contract negotiations, performance analysis and creator growth.

Responsibilities

  • Full participation in day-to-day agency operations and collaboration with leading German influencers
  • Support in planning and executing influencer campaigns
  • Management and support of our influencers
  • Negotiation of terms and contract preparation
  • Supporting our creators in developing and growing their channels
  • Analysis of new social media trends and tools
  • Supporting our clients in influencer selection
  • Analysis of campaign results and optimization of future strategies

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms
  • A good sense for trends and developments in the marketing industry
  • Strong communication skills with influencers and brands
  • Team player with high creativity for developing innovative ideas
