Responsibilities
Play a key role in supporting SBS CyberSecurity’s event strategy
Centralize the selection, coordination, planning, and execution of the company’s participation in tradeshows, conferences, and other external events
Collaborate with the sales team to identify target events and define objectives
Manage event registration, deadlines, and compliance
Coordinate logistics including promotional materials and product displays
Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and event organizers
Collect and organize leads generated at the event for the sales team
Assist in coordinating post-event communications and analyze post-event reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is preferred
3+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong interpersonal communication skills, problem solving, and resource utilization skills
Demonstrated experience in logistics management, cost controls and project implementation
Experience with CRM systems, event management software, Microsoft Suite, and analytics tools
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
