About the role

  • Play a key role in supporting SBS CyberSecurity’s event strategy
  • Centralize the selection, coordination, planning, and execution of the company’s participation in tradeshows, conferences, and other external events
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify target events and define objectives
  • Manage event registration, deadlines, and compliance
  • Coordinate logistics including promotional materials and product displays
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and event organizers
  • Collect and organize leads generated at the event for the sales team
  • Assist in coordinating post-event communications and analyze post-event reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, problem solving, and resource utilization skills
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics management, cost controls and project implementation
  • Experience with CRM systems, event management software, Microsoft Suite, and analytics tools
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
