Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles, guiding candidates and stakeholders through each stage with clarity and efficiency
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and team needs
Proactively source and screen talent using diverse methods to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Support coordination activities, ensuring interviews, assessments, and communications are smooth and timely
Champion an exceptional candidate experience by continuously improving processes and coaching stakeholders on best practices
Stay current on market trends, sourcing innovations, and recruitment best practices, bringing forward new ideas and tools
Maintain and manage relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors as needed
Contribute to broader People Team initiatives and ad-hoc projects that support company growth and culture
Requirements
3-7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in executive recruiting or in-house at a startup
Proven track record of success in outbound sourcing for hard-to-fill or technical roles
Experience running effective recruitment processes, including structured interviewing
The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good decision making skills
Team player, detail oriented and flexible
Experience using an ATS
Bachelor’s degree required
