Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire recruitment cycle for assigned roles from intake meetings to candidate acceptance
  • Conduct thorough screening to confirm candidates have required competencies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing requirements and create recruitment plans
  • Provide talent mapping guidance and align recruitment approach for each search
  • Engage in proactive sourcing using social media and community partnerships
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in-house in large organizations
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Experience in strategic sourcing including social media outreach
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive mindset focused on delivering exceptional service
