Responsibilities

Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in-house in large organizations
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Experience in strategic sourcing including social media outreach
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Highly organized with attention to detail
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
