Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of leading a key account
  • Measure success metrics: time-to-fill and deal quality
  • Manage end-to-end placements independently
  • Generate revenue through excellent account management

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in tech recruiting
  • Experience with LinkedIn automation and Clay
  • Topgrading mastery: ability to perform deep interview analysis
  • Ability to hold peer-level conversations with practice leads
  • Extreme Ownership: take on and master challenges
