About the role

  • Senior Training Operations Coordinator for Saviynt managing training sessions and LMS. Setting up classroom sessions, maintaining training calendar, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Set up in-person and virtual classroom training for employees, partners and worldwide customers located in the US region.
  • Manage Litmos LMS platform to create classroom sessions and to upload on-demand video content for various self-paced courses.
  • Register participants to various training courses.
  • Maintain and publish classroom training calendar.
  • Share the training materials and lab details with the registered participants.
  • Use LMS reporting feature to create monthly training consumption and CSAT reports.
  • Work with Saviynt’s internal Customer Success Managers, Business Development Managers and Sales Leaders to ensure all registrations are successfully completed before the cut-off dates.
  • Respond to training and registration related queries for participants located in the US region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 2–3-year experience of working with an enterprise grade Learning Management System.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in facilitating vILT and webinars
  • Strong reporting experience is desired
