About the role

  • Director Operations at enomyc managing operations transformation in medium-sized businesses. Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to enhance efficiency and performance across supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic and operational leadership of complex operations transformations in mid-sized companies.
  • Holistic analysis and assessment of core operational processes (particularly supply chain, production, logistics, planning & control).
  • Development and implementation of measures to improve efficiency and performance across the value chain, and transition into operational execution.
  • Design and optimization of innovative SCM models, organizational structures and processes to enhance business results.
  • Close collaboration with executive management, stakeholders and other relevant parties.
  • Establishment, development and monitoring of KPI systems for sustainable management of operational performance indicators.
  • Technical guidance, coaching and development of Senior Consultants, Managers and operational project teams.
  • Continuous advancement of our operational consulting approach and active contribution to the development of operations expertise at enomyc.

Requirements

  • University degree in business or engineering and at least six years of professional experience in the supply chain field, preferably in a leading management or strategy consulting firm or in-house consulting.
  • Strong expertise in supply chain management, particularly in planning, control and S&OP.
  • High IT affinity and confident use of relevant tools and systems (e.g. ERP, SAP SCM, Kinaxis, JDA ESP, JDA TMS as well as MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interest in technological developments, particularly in artificial intelligence.
  • Excellent language skills and precise expression in German, and business-fluent English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to achieving the highest quality standards, and high personal commitment (including willingness to travel).
  • Independent working style, assertiveness and the ability to communicate and present appropriately in various demanding client contexts.
