About the role

  • Trust Operations Officer at Prosperity Bank focusing on accounts receivable and assisting in various trust operations. Training associates and managing operational goals with a strong focus on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Operations Management staff in all areas of Trust Operations to include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Custody, Oil & Gas deposits, Investment trading and asset transfers.
  • Primarily focusing on Accounts Receivable but cross-train on all tasks in Trust Operations.
  • Train, develop, and coach associates on a consistent basis
  • Encourage others to set challenging goals and high standards of performance
  • Inspire associates to define new opportunities and continuously improve the organization

Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum (3) years Trust Operations experience, in lieu of college degree
  • Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook proficiency
  • Strong communications skills, strong math skills
