Responsibilities
Contribute to the development, planning and implementation of brand awareness campaigns, including strategic media planning and operational execution
Coordinate and manage donated ad placements and secure pro bono media placements
Support events and partnerships with external partners to increase Save the Children’s visibility
Conceptualize, develop and manage brand materials
Support brand positioning in Germany and assist with the management and analysis of market research studies
Advise internal teams on brand-related matters and contribute to brand training
Requirements
Completed university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Sciences or comparable qualifications/experience
Initial professional experience in brand management and campaign management
Basic knowledge of media planning and market research
Creativity and a good sense for trends
Analytical thinking, strong organizational skills and project management capabilities
Strong communication skills
Affinity for digital channels, confident user of MS Office, experience with Canva/Adobe applications
Flexible, positive and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent written and spoken German and English
