About the role

  • Market Insights Manager at Franke conducting market analysis and brand research in B2B settings. Collaborating globally to embed insights into marketing and product strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct global market analysis on coffee and out-of-home beverage consumption trends
  • Maintain continuous monitoring of industry developments, customer behaviors, and competitor moves
  • Single point of contact for all market data sources and maintain a centralized repository to ensure systematic storage and accessibility
  • Develop and establish a structured Voice of Customer program, systematically leveraging existing data to identify relevant customer needs, trends, and opportunities for improvement
  • Design and execute brand equity research programs tailored to B2B environments
  • Conduct market research initiatives on product innovation, concept testing, and communication effectiveness measurement, deriving actionable insights for the business
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations for product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborating with global marketing, sales, and regional teams to ensure insights are embedded into campaigns and product launches
  • Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations

Requirements

  • Marster’s or bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum +5 years of experience in market research, insights, or strategic marketing roles in a global B2B environment
  • Proven Expertise in global trend analysis and brand equity research
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with hands-on execution skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Familiarity with product innovation processes and communication effectiveness measurement
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Teamplayer with strong collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
