Responsibilities
Manage the Quality/customer interface to assure requirements are understood
Responsible for the problem resolution process, ensuring deadlines are met
Manage Customer Scorecard performance and engage areas in corrective actions
Oversee Plant Quality Department and activities
Lead implementation of Quality Management Systems throughout operations
Validate Quality Lab and product evaluation requirements
Ensure participation in product development and launch activities
Identify customer expectations and support production testing
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a technical field from an accredited institution
Minimum six (6) years working in the Quality function within a manufacturing environment
Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisor or leadership role
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret drawings to ensure understanding of quality parameters and product requirements
Experience in quality tools and process/production control methods: APQP, Control Plans, FMEA, GD&T, MSA, PPAP, SPC
Expert in problem solving and analytical skills using 8D methodology, Is-Is Not, Fishbone Diagram, Brainstorming, Affinity Diagrams, Three legged 5 Why
