Responsibilities
Analyze existing benefits offerings and associated policies
Identify opportunities for simplification, harmonization, and optimization
Develop a consistent target model for a modern total rewards setup
Consider employment, tax, and social security law requirements
Manage external service providers and consultants in the C&B environment
Analyze and further develop existing remuneration-related company agreements and policies
Design clear, transparent, and administratively efficient structures
Provide subject-matter preparation and support for coordination and negotiation processes with employee representatives
Ensure consistent governance and compliance
Structured project planning including milestone, risk, and stakeholder management
Close coordination with HR Business Partners, management, Finance, Legal, and employee representatives
Prepare decision papers for management
Support internal communications and the implementation of changes
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Law, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in Germany
Expertise in occupational pensions (company pension schemes) and in German employment and social security law
Experience in transformation or change projects
Structured, results-oriented working style with strong project management skills
Very good German and English language skills
