Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Law, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in Germany
- Expertise in occupational pensions (company pension schemes) and in German employment and social security law
- Experience in transformation or change projects
- Structured, results-oriented working style with strong project management skills
- Very good German and English language skills
