About the role

  • Business Development Representative engaging and qualifying leads for SAP Fioneer's Lending Solutions team. Identifying key opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • As a **Business Development Representative (BDR)** at SAP Fioneer, you will be the first point of contact between prospective clients and our Lending Solutions team.
  • You will identify, engage, and qualify leads, helping build a strong sales pipeline for our Account Executives.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events to generate new qualified leads.
  • Research financial institutions, lending trends, and target accounts to identify key decision-makers and opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate SAP Fioneer’s Lending Solutions value proposition to prospects.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their fit, needs, and buying intent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives in terms of qualified opportunities and contribute to territory planning.
  • Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and event outreach initiatives.
  • Continuously build industry knowledge around digital lending, financial services operations, and core banking technology.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate (0–2 years of experience) with a degree in **Economics, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field**.
  • Strong interest in financial technology, digital lending, and the banking sector.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
