Responsibilities
- Accompagner l’équipe projets dans le pilotage et la structuration de son portefeuille de projets
- Suivi du portefeuille projets : planning, charges, priorisation
- Animation des comités projet / pilotage
- Consolidation des indicateurs, risques, alertes
- Participation à la structuration de l’équipe projet et de ses outils
- Capitalisation et diffusion des bonnes pratiques
Requirements
- Expérience confirmée en PMO ou coordination projet
- Maîtrise des outils de suivi projet, reporting, indicateurs
- Rigueur, clarté, sens de l’organisation
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux de transformation
- Appétence pour la structuration et l’efficacité collective
