Requirements
Education / Experience: Experience in sales, commercial roles, or customer service is valued but prior real estate experience is not required.
Communication and Empathy: Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal intelligence (empathy).
Entrepreneurial Attitude: Entrepreneurial spirit and a taste for challenges.
Presentation: Well-groomed, professional appearance appropriate for the industry.
Languages: Fluency in Portuguese is required (other languages are not mandatory).
