About the role

  • Business Consultant ensuring KPIs and supporting franchise operations at Grupo CRM in Porto Alegre. Collaborating with franchisees to enhance communication and operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the achievement of performance KPIs for your portfolio
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between franchisees and the franchisor
  • Ensure the franchisor's execution standards are maintained
  • Implement and ensure execution of action plans to improve results
  • Identify operational improvements
  • Determine appropriate staffing levels for store teams
  • Plan and deliver training for store teams
  • Conduct product mix analyses
  • Promote local marketing initiatives
  • Conduct competitor analyses
  • Identify expansion opportunities
  • Participate in monitoring the new store opening process
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between franchisees and the franchisor
  • Monitor Customer Service (SAC)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools is desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and coach teams
  • Certifications in business management or franchising are a plus
  • Proven experience in business consulting or sales management roles
