About the role

- Ensure clear and effective communication between franchisees and the franchisor

- Identify operational improvements
- Determine appropriate staffing levels for store teams
- Plan and deliver training for store teams
- Conduct product mix analyses
- Promote local marketing initiatives
- Conduct competitor analyses
- Identify expansion opportunities
- Participate in monitoring the new store opening process
- Serve as the primary point of contact between franchisees and the franchisor
- Monitor Customer Service (SAC)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools is desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze performance data
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and coach teams
- Certifications in business management or franchising are a plus
- Proven experience in business consulting or sales management roles
